Did you know? The garden is based on Korakuen, one of Japan’s Three Great Gardens, built in 1700 in Okayama, Japan. The ponds are stocked with koi sent from Okayama in 1966.

So fun feeding the koi fishes. Bring plenty of quarters. $6 parking but free admission. Perfect for a low key afternoon.

Free entry, paid parking. Walk around the park can be as short as half hour. Visited June/2023, there's no water in the pond and the red bridge is closed.
